    Just a word of thanks...

Prompted by a couple of recent donations, i'd just like to say thanks to the guys who have taken the time to donate to my wee girl's Justgiving page.

Details are in my sig, but for those who don't know, she was diagnosed with leukaemia in August last year. What a year it's been! Lots of chemo, trips to hospital, and a year on, and she's doing very well. Still over a year of treatment to go, but we're seeing it as half way towards getting my wee girl back to "normal".

The charity we're supporting is CLIC Sargent - They've done so much for us as a family. From supplying specialist oncology nurses to sorting out benefits forms, accomodation during stays in hospital, a week's respite holiday... The list is endless.

So thanks guys - All donations really mean a lot.

    Thanks

Although as I was typing that last night, she was in agony after being in theatre and having chemo pumped directly into her spine that day.

    Better today though.

It's amazing what kids can deal with, they put a lot of us grown ups to shame

Best of luck with the treatment and I hope she feels even better tomorrow, great picture on JustGiving page, a beautiful, brave young girl... you must be so proud.

    Cheers,

    Richard

    She's truly an inspiration, mate.

And you're absolutely right, she's gorgeous. Not many could manage to look so good with no hair!

    Thanks for your words.
