Hi all, I have been shooting target 10m air rifle's for over a year and have entered a number of club postal competitions, these however are based over ten rounds which take place over the best part of a year. Are there any local day or weekend competitions?

Thanks for the info, I guess you need to be a member of the NSRA to shoot any NSRA comp? Will look into the calender but I thought there may be some clubs holding weekend shoots. I believe Henley hold one sometime in Oct/Nov over a weekend.

Yes, plenty of shoulder-to-shoulder matches both nationally and locally. Have a hunt around the NSRA site and ask your club secretary for details of local or county events.

We will be holding a Christmas shoot at Aldersley Ranges on the 19th December, both pistol and rifle at 10 metres.

The nsra site has details of comps where you don't have to be a member. the above mentioned Aldersley being an example. Look for "open meetings", and use the colour coded calendar.
