This sunday is the last members open comp for this season, then its trophy time!!
Although the end of year trophies go to our members that have shot nearly all the comps, we do have 1st and 2nd medals for the winners on the day, so guests are welcome to come and have a go too!
It will be a 30 target course throughout our wood and all the usual food and drinks will be supplied.
So if you fancy a nice day out in a relaxed friendly atmosphere you will be very welcome.

Hello Everyone,
John has kindly offered to ferry me to the club, so I'll be there on Sunday if (a) the DVT scan on my leg goes OK tomorrow and (b) I can find something substantial to fit over my swollen right foot. I'm really looking forward to doing some shooting after my enforced lay-off.

Good job you didn't sit on the damn thing ain't it otherwise we'll have to put up with the comment, "Does my bum look big in this?" God, the thought of sucking the poison out just don't bear thinking about.
Is there anything in the rules to say that you cannot take a shot prone from the trolly?

I'm sure we can put you prone in the trolly and push you round the course. Be like a mediaeval battering ram. You'll have to make sure you keep the nose up or you'll leave ruts in the wood.
