    Question transporting guns?

I'm selling one of my CO2 pistols to a mate to fund Christmas

Can any of you tell me what the law is regarding taking him the gun. I was intending to use up the co2 and not replace it with another and the gun will be in its plastic case and that inside another bag. I'm also giving him a new co2 capsule and a tin of pellets.
Should I not carry the pistol and the pellets together or is it ok if they are in separate bags?

    Any advise would be great.

    Steve

Just remember to unload the magazine from the pistol, have the pistol in a bag or case, keep pellets seperate and you will have no problems

It's a Gamo R77 revolver so it doesn't have a magazine. It'll definitely not have any pellets in it though.

    Cheers

Also make sure the CO2 bulbs not in it, this counts as 'loaded' (I suspect even if empty)
