Genuine reason for sale, as have tonight secured a similar two-barrelled service, but with matching action and barrel numbers, as a collection up-grade. All the details on the Webley Service being offered for sale here, are in the link (and the link within the link) as above.

The Webley Service being offered here then, is a two barrelled, late third series (circa 1939), with a .177 and a .22 barrel, and all in perfect working order (no matching numbers on the barrels however, obviously ). The finish on the main rifle body and .22 barrel is virtually all polished away to bright steel, but the finish on the .177 barrel is, as can be seen in the photos, virtually all there (although very flat and matt).

Am not looking for any offers, or swaps, or trades for this particular collectable (I know I am usually up for a trade/swap/part-ex but not this time, sorry), as the cash is needed to go towards the up-grade as detailed. I am looking for £475 for this two barrelled Webley Service, which will include Special Delivery post, or £295 inc. Special Delivery post with just the .22 barrel (sorry, will not consider a cheaper courier), and I will only send to an address within the U.K.

Payment would be preferred as cheque or cash by post (if cash, it must be sent Special Delivery to avoid the unthinkable), although I would take PayPal if you are happy to stump up for the fees, or send as a fees free to me gift payment. The first person to post below, caveat free, that they will take this (and who then backs this up by p-m saying the same), will be the recognised buyer.

In answer to two p-ms received, yes I would consider selling the .177 barrel separately for £200 posted, but only if someone said they would take the Service Rifle itself, with its .22 barrel, as fitted, for £310 secure posted, first. Time now then for a bump back to the top for POETS day (P!$$ Of Early [as] Tomorrow [is] Saturday ).
