Results will be posted up by Mark a little later-obviously he has more pressing priorities at the moment, so please be patient

Highlights of the afternoon-Clive Turner clearing the course in style with his springer-bloody well done sir

A few 59's and 58's in the second session-lots of happy faces though.

Thankyou to Paul Macey, Dai Butler and the team at Bisley for a cracking first round-only 2 or 3 ceasefires all day and then they were nothing to do with malfunctioning targets-well done Bisley

On a personal level, thans to Paul Macey for the good company in the first session-oh how we laughed at those dinks.... NOT
It was so good, I shot the bugger again in session two, joining up with the Shepreth massive-cheers for the barracking and banter lads-it makes it worth the diesel money

See you all at round two, Buxted at the end of the month

Glad to hear that someone cleared it especially to those two tw@ts who laughed at my pathetic scoring silver , the same two who took their GOLD badges early .... before the clearance . Can't wait to see your faces at Buxted when you have to give them back in place of a SILVER . lol

    chuckle , chuckle , chuckle

Thanks to Andy for the lift to the Shoot. I can't believe me, Gary & Ash turned up for the car share at the same time (The bloke version of three women wearing the same dresses).

Thanks to the Bisley fellas for the shoot (a few nicely placed targets there). I fear my range finding GPS didn't travel too well from Sussex; It seemed to be about 3" out instead of it's usual 1.5" out.

Good to shoot round with Spence. If I have to write down another 2 for him, I will have to kick him the nasties to even things out between us.

Damn, I suppose I'll to hand back my bronze badge as well. (I did ask if there a coal badge, coal being lower than bronze you see.)

Well done to all the organisers, Southern Hunters and Bisley, had a good day just need to save up for one of those pistols they were shooting out to 1200 yards with.

Andy, are you thinking Bench Rest Pistol?

Why save the money, he didn't look like a black belt and I reckon if we all bundled him, we could have legged it with his pistol. Actually, one of us could have grabbed the pistol and that bench while the others bundled him.

    Smile

Thanks to the organizers of the Southern hunters and Bisley. Great course.

My youngest son, shooting his first Southern Hunters produced a huge smile when telling his mun he had a fantastic day.

My eldest shot his best score, and my mate also shooting his first HFT event is hooked. Dropped him home, but ran away when he told his future wife that he was shooting the next event, the fact that they complete on their house a day or so later was not a concern. ( for him anyway - his plums will look lovely as earings )

Get well soon Chloe, be strong Marc and family, and best wishes for the future ahead.

    Best Wishes,

    Alan, Dan and Jake.

Cheers Graham for the company mate, I hope I didn't drag you down to my level too much!
It was nice to actually get out and shoot for once, although THREE donuts is bad even for me!

Thanks to all for coming to Bisley and a very Big well done to Clive for his master-class in springer shooting - truly awsome!

Hope the day out gave you the break you needed Mark and give all our best to Chloe, we hope she continues to improve.

Did you see the pistol (Ok, not the one in mind but near as dammit) the old boy had? Hell, I'd be impressed if any of us made it 100 yards let alone if his mates joined in too with their pistols.

Imagine having to keep changing the paper..."eerrr, sure it's your turn bob!"
Must admit, it didn't look too healthy having your face right behind the bolt!...
