    First rate service

    Just thought I'd like to aknowledge the fine service given to me by RUAG Ammotec. As posted previously my RWS Excalibre developed a major fault, kindly diagnosed by mikebike and jonnysweden as probably the hammer spring.
    I contacted John Walton at RUAG and he said send it to them as they would like to know the cause. I've had no feed back so far on the cause, but the rifle is back with me now working perfectly. Many thanks to Richard Hansfield who carried out the work and took the trouble to leave a message on my answering machine. The whole process took from despatch last tuesday to receipt this wednesday (7/12/04--15/12/04) using Special delivery both ways so well done to the Royal Mail/Parcel Force as well coz I beleive they are a bit busy this time of year Drink good English bitter beer and shoot safe.
