    BSA Mercury S

Saw one in action last week and think I would like a minty one.
I have not seen any for sale, are they rare?

Bugger. I wondered why I had not seen one before and I have had an interest in airguns for many years.
    Anybody got one!

I have had three. Two in .177, and one in .22. Sold a boxed and mint (and I mean mint) .177 with a blonde walnut stock for £250 plus post, the other .177 in vgc with a dark American walnut stock for £225 posted, and a vgc English walnut .22 example for £200 posted, so they get good money, but not silly money, and do come up from time to time. Hope this helps . Atb: G.

Yes thanks. Just the info I wanted. The one I saw was a .25 and it impressed me no end.
I will stick a thread in the wanted, perhaps someone will want cash for Christmas!

... Ahh. That will be more. Had a BSA Magnum .25 (a .25 Mercury-S if you will), that I sold a year or so back for £300 posted iirc.

Oh I know they are different guns ( BSA 'S' types) but Mercury Ss for sale are very few and far between and the Airsporter S is basically a fixed barrel Mercury S.
