compact weaver rail adaptor?

I currently have a soviet bloc PK-01 red dot sight, made for a weaver rail, mounted rather crudely on my HW45's dovetails with a filed down piece of aluminium to bridge the gap, like so - it works, but it's not pretty.

Are there any compact adaptors available?

Needs an open ended rail to fit so you would have to be able to remove either the front or rear sight to get to the open end of the dovetail to slide the adapters on.
