    Troodos Run Down....

    Gentlemen,

    Three blokes from my unit are going to be completeing a 26 mile race, carrying a 45lb Bergan from Troodos to Episkopi Garrison. They have a target of £500 to reach in aid of H4H and Cancer Research UK. If anyone can spare a couple of quid for these two worthy causes please chuck them towards....

    The Guys doing it are Si, Chris, Scotty. All three are Royal Engineers badged Para and Commando and a 'Hat'.
