Excellent news that you have a Bugelspanner. I assume it is the 'gallery gun' type with the convolute spring power system. We have one in .25; its output is quite low by modern standards, but quite clearly was fine for its intended very short range use. Superb engineering.
As for pellets ... you could give Tony's Camo at Chester a call. Just down the road from you.
