    Slavia

    Hi
I have been given a Slavia 627 in .22, it is in good order but lacks power, it has 'Made in Czechoslovakia' with a serial No of 13789.
Can anybody throw light on how old this gun is and where I can get any details about it?
It appears to be a light junior air rifle and is pretty basic.

    Slavia 627

Not able to find too much info on the Slavia 627 although it appears that they were produced between the 1950's and 1970's. Personally, i don't think many examples were produced in the 50's. They are almost identical in design, functionality and looks as the Slavia 622, 624, 625 and 618 which are all junior airguns with only the .22 calibre being shared with the 622.... all the rest being .177. Value wise, they don't fetch much. Maximum price for a really nice condition one including post is £45-£50. I have picked up Slavia 618's for as little as £20-£30. Hope this all helps. Please see the link below for a little bit more info.
