    Crosman 38C

Bought a mint one of these in May. Mint except that it didnt work!
£25 quid to John Knibbs for a seal set from the States.( I didnt think he did co2 stuff.)
Some hours work by my handy mate and the result is a very fine 6 shot revolver. Full metal and .22. SA and DA and accurate.
    Total cost £115.
From the 70s and well worth doing.
Shame Umarex dont do a .22 Smith if this one is an example of what can be produced.

You can always get u.k.neil to knock you up a .22 barrel for the .177 S&W and take out a .177 mag to .22 as well,
Crosman 2240,2250 etc barrels are fine to use.

    I've had a few 38C's and T's
You see them on www.forthehunt.com and www.auctionarms.com
Solid build construction and they feel great. Just a little fiddly to load.
Another one I wish I'd kept!
    A S&W .22 4fpe would be great gun.
