    New Member, Tom.

    Hi,
    I've recently decided to get back in to Air Guns as I have aquired a 1983 RWS mod 50 .22 Rifle from a family member, I took it to Wigan Gunshop, they recorded an average of 10.5 ft/lbs, I just wanted to make sure it was safe to use as I was informed of the power ratings permissable for air guns.
    My last gun was a BSA Meteor back in 1973 when I worked on the Docks in Liverpool, we had a grain terminal on our dock and it was teeming with Rats so at lunch time we would expend a few pellets.
    I would welcome any advice on the RWS.
