BSA Lincoln Jefferies 22 classic Spadelever

    PRICE REDUCTION

Air Rifle serial No. 20179 is over 100 years Old

    £200.00 including UK Postage
This Air Rifle has been owned by me for over 30 years. It is all original, the blueing is mottled and showing the steel underneath. The serial number is very clear though the stamped ''Lincoln Jefferies'' lettering is barely readable. Its length is a massive 44 inches, the stock has a few dinks and light scratches. the BSA piled gun logo sign seen is faint. A number by the pistol grip looks like 14 1/4

The checkering on the pistol grip is well defined with one or two dents. The stock looks as though its walnut. The orginal varnish is worn in some places. The steel butt plate has some blueing it is mottled with steel showing through original blueing all the screws are intact. This is a truly nice classic Air Rifle.

    Hi Chris

I would say that the front sight is 100% original and 99% perfect !

The fore sight I would say was 100% original 75% perfect the wheel that moves the sight up and down is worn but with some TLC would work.

The rifle is a .177 not a .22 . I have been told although it is marked on the under lever as a Lincoln Jefferies it was during the transition period from BSA think I have understood that right ?

Therefore the cylinder is engraved The BSA Air Rifle improved model D

This has been in my possession since the 70s fired for the first
time recently the spring seems original and strong.
