Hi Peter.
Altrincham rifle and pistol club, is in the Manchester area,they are on the list of club's that do benchrest.
It may be a bit far for you but our club Paul Lane Rifle and Pistol club shoot bench on the 1st and 3rd saturday morning of each month.
