The Shepreth Shoot was officially cancelled due to snow, but a few of us that had less hazardous journeys went down there anyway.

Temperature when we arrived was about -4 or 5, about 3 inches of snow, foggy and dead still - not a breath of wind.

After emptying half a spray wossname of de-icer into the padlock, we managed to get the office door open so we could dig out some score cards, and went round freeing up iced targets many of which had become invisible under the snow.

Martin and I shot the course traditionally, whilst the rest shot a different scoring system - because they felt like it and it was all for fun anyway. Targets were out to over 50 yards in places - definitely club rules not UK.
