You also need a licence to buy bullets, I used to get lead 148 gn HBWC from France but they won't sell them to me now.

None of my guns are registered and there is no record of me buying them ammo is sold in petrol stations, sports shops and wall mart!The USA doesn't regulate Blackpowder guns. Neither does France. The UK does. (?)
