    Fitting a handstop to a fwb601

    My FWB 601 arrived, excellent accuracy. Am I right in thinking that the metal groove underneath the stock is designed to take a handstop and sling hook? If so any recomendations? I don't want to spend a fortune as it will only be for practising my smallbore prone position at home.

    Yes you are right the grove is to accommodate a hand stop and sling hook, also, it should be able to take a small bipod as well.

    Keep an eye out on thebay they are often there,or ask in the wanted section.
