Southern Hunter Series Round Four: Ford Rangers, Sunday 09th January!

Round 4 of the series will be held at Ford Ranges on Sunday the 09th of January. This one is definately not to be missed, a great venue and the Ford chaps know how to set a great course. Make sure you bring your elbow pads though, as the firing line usually runs down part of a concrete runway.

This will be a 30 shot / 30 peg HFT course built to the current UKAHFT specification. Booking in and zeroing range open circa 7.45 am. There will be two sessions-the first 60 to book in will start in session 1, expect the safety brief around 9.00 am for a 9.15am start. Session 2 should start circa 11.30 - 1200.
This season will follow the same format as last season, seven shoots with your best 5 scores counting towards the overall leader tables. With trophies for all the class winners at the end of the season.

These shoots are completely open to all safe, sub 12 ftllb airgun shooters-come along and join in the fun with your HFT, Hunting or Plinking rig - no need to pre-book, just turn up and enjoy a great day out. Please note that all juniors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We have arrested most of the local over enthusiastic barbeque-ers, confiscated their sausages and sent them orf to bed.

Looking forward to hosting this - have we been too gentle in the past

What are the chances of prisoner shaped targets being set out?

Or will they formed into a work party for the shoot as punishment for their very naughty behaviour?
