Nice gun the BSA Goldstar, got one in my cabinet that I've retrofitted with a gas ram. Get the usual problems with the magazine but thats BSA for you, you have to enjoy tinkering with them.

and it's never had a magazine issue.. and I think I know why: the mag indexes just after the trigger latches, so you have to pull the cocking lever fully back each time and not short stroke it (kind of like a Pro Sport safety). As long as one pays attention to this, there are no probs. RB
