Are you using the right number and email address?
I've never had a problem but then again, I've got their home phone numbers & emails.
PS As Charles mentioned, I don't think they work week-ends normally either.

I wouldn't blame them for blocking some numbers, the stupid questions they get sometimes.

I used to cycle down to Mr TW Chambers' shop (about 3 miles away it was*), he was a nice old chap & carried some Fishing Gear as well. He always recommended Eley Wasps (the ones now praised by our Jim Tyler, I believe) for my particular gun, well he used to let me have a look at the Rim Fire Rifles & Shotties but never touch them !
That was before 'teh Interweb' of course, & Mobile phones - I think I even had to ask permission to use our family house telephone back then.
I drove my 4x4 past the Northleach Chambers Shop at the weekend (Pub Lunch, dont ask), its been converted into a bijou weekend cottage now- the company was there from the early 60's until the mid-70's I believe.
*it would now be about 6 miles away, as I live in a different village, you'll be fascinated to hear.
