HI,
I have 5 Walther pistols, two LP53's, two LP3's and a LP2.
I emailed Walther to ask if they could provide a date of manufacture for the pistols using the serial numbers but I haven't had a response yet and wondered if someone here could help.
The serials are:
LP53 - 19992
LP53 - 115966
LP3 - 34660
LP3 - 42265
LP2 - 10440

My serial number 021540 was dated by Walther (in 1980) as being made in 1967 if that is any help.
