    Parker Hale PH16

    Not sure if this is the right section but here we go, having a clear out and got a Parker-Hale PH16 any idea what its off and any idea of a price.

    I paid £20 for a PH16 recently but have seen them go for £30 ish on fleabay.
    I reckon on £5 to £10 for the foresight.

    It depends on the mounting block, PH made several versions of the PH16 for different guns.
    It looks like it could fit a BSA Sportsman rifle, can you measure the dovetail on the frontsight and the distance between the holes on the mounting block?
    Also is the underside of the mounting block concave?

    Ok finaly found my calipers point to point on the front sight is 7.9mm, inside about 8.8mm, base of dovetail to center of sight 19mm, on the PH 16hole dia is 3.6mm and 12.6mm centers, looks like about 22mm dia yes concave hope that helps

    Yup sounds very much like it's for a BSA sportsman series.
    I've checked the mounting point on mine and it looks about right :-)
    15x 303s, 1x .223, 1x 7.62, 1x .308, 8x .22s, 1x7.5, 1x30-06, 2x.357, 1x45-110, 1x45acp, 2x32-20, 1x.50, 2x12bore, 1x 357lbr, 1x .22 lbp and some others... 42 currently :-)

    Foresight looks about the same dimensions as the dovetail on mine, measured with a ruler, my callipers are imperial :-)

    As loach said above, sounds about right, maybe £30-40 for the set perhaps?
