Ok couple of questions for you, what CAL do you have it listed as and are there any CAL markings on the barrel, the reason I'm asking is I have on my FAC a slot for a .44 but these can be listed as either. Does it have adjustable or fixed sights and will you send it to an RFD.

45 cal on pistol and on my cert, adjustable sights, sending to rfd no prob will be at your cost.

OK that's a shame cos not all ROAs state the CAL on the barrel, my FAC states .44 so I guess it's a no go for me.

How about a 'one for one' variation?

Did not think that this would be around this long, I would jump at it if I had not already bought one three weeks ago

Don't mean to be picky here but your add seems to have changed a couple of times. First it was advertised with some other bits and pieces for £450, then pistol only (from memory) for £350 and now £375, also what would be the charge to send to an RFD

the add has always been £375 for the pistol on its own, have decided to sell the bits seperately

as for shipping via rfd tha t i can asertain ..

just spoke to my rfd it will be £20

I have 2 ROA revolvers, a 51/2" and a 71/2" with target sights. The 71/2" was on the dealers books as a 44 which was the slot i had but the 51/2" i applied for 44/45 pistol with a letter explaining they are actually the same as all ROA pistols use a 457 ball. Licence came back as per request.
If you are serious about one Slap a deposit on one if you can find one. Conclude the transaction when your licence comes back. They are brilliant pieces of engineering that will last a lifetime if looked after, ie cleaned after use. They are getting harder to find so dont prat about if your serious about having one, go for it. You wont be desapointed.
