Ok couple of questions for you, what CAL do you have it listed as and are there any CAL markings on the barrel, the reason I'm asking is I have on my FAC a slot for a .44 but these can be listed as either. Does it have adjustable or fixed sights and will you send it to an RFD.

45 cal on pistol and on my cert, adjustable sights, sending to rfd no prob will be at your cost.

OK that's a shame cos not all ROAs state the CAL on the barrel, my FAC states .44 so I guess it's a no go for me.

How about a 'one for one' variation?

Yes that is an option, just concerned how long it will take them as I know they are very busy atm

I too have arthritis problems. I gave up using my ROA for competitions but kept it to shoot supported for pleasure. There are some comps you can shoot the ROA in double handed e.g. Historic Revolver. This was introduced by the MLAGB and was run by Peter Starley at Wedgenock, and it is still shot in some clubs. If it isn't shot in your club then perhaps you could introduce it? Don't sell it if you can still find a way of enjoying shooting it!
