Webley Scott 'Junior'

I have just acquired a Webley Scott Junior and would like to know how old it is.

Serial No. 391
Black plastic (?) sides to handle
Adjustable screw sight
Non rifled
Not Birmingham 4
..... no other markings that I can see.

Can you help with age?

Hi Broadsman, it would help if you could put a pic or two up as Webley just put batch numbers on much of their output. Quite small details can help identify the age; if there's no postcode after Birmingham it's probably after 1958 but could be right up to 1973 when the alloy frame Series 3 came out. Regardless it's an old 'un so built to last.
