Manual available here: http://www.pyramydair.com/site/manuals/tempest/
Some of the Tempests (especially in the latter days of production) didn't have the smoothest of trigger components. That said, the Tempest has a very simple trigger assembly which may benefit from polishing. That said if it isn't broke don't fix it. As with any trigger, you mustn't remove metal or else changing the sear face angles etc can result in a dangerous trigger. If you do take yours apart, then make sure you press out the roll pins very carefully as not to damage the finish (ie don't belt them with a punch and heavy hammer!).
Keep an eye out on the site for grips (do a search) - a few people make them on here, and will no doubt make some L/H versions if you PM them.
Enjoy - the Tempest is a great pistol and very satisfying to master. Good luck!
