    Tiny little hands those pirates

I can't fit my thumb through the thumbhole of my BSA Buccaneer. I might sell it. Is that why it didnt sell as well as it should?

I can remember seeing a picture of the BSA sales girls wielding examples of the gun in an edition of "Airgun World" years ago. No doubt the marketing department had actually targeted smaller teenagers?

It's their delicate little paws that are the crux of the matter. My hands are only 7.5 glove-size, not garden-shovels and the really annoying thing is the foam-filled plastic stock cannot be filed or Surformed into spec. Oh woe!

    All right then.

Notice that one part of the advertising spiel is that it is 'developed for the younger shooter', another is 'Design, dimensional and weight features suited to BOTH youngsters and adults'.
