    could you help me with ideas please guys

    iam thinking about getting an old springer for target practise ,its a lot cheaper the using my centre fires and i love shooting air rifles
    ive got a couple of fac pcps but there not suited for my use
    i don't mind what make (but not chinese rubbish!!)
    in .22 as i already have a supply of pellets
    must be accurate have open sights and if needed can fit a scope
    don't care about looks
    needs to be full size not light/small
    and the biggy under £50
    ive only even owned bsa and hw80/35s id love them but out of my budget

    Hi Niko, i think you will pick up anything other than chinese
    on your budget, double it you can get a bsa xl lightning at that price some times on here.

    this was why i posted in this sec
    there must be older guns that arnt that collectible about or maybe cosmetically poor so no good for a collection
    if i was going to spend more id wait and look for a hw80 but thats a no go with money at the moment

    You may get a meteor for that sort of money or maybe even a Relum! I suppose it depends what you want it for. I got a few Mk5 meteor Cadets (.177 and should have the aperture sight on the cylinder) the other week but they were all missing open sights and needed O ring,buffer washer and breech seal. Maybe a meteor would be too small but the Bulbous stock Relum should be heavy enough.

    meteor definatly 2 small
    ill keep looking i guess ,there has been a few come up around that money but i guess nothing will when beening looked for

    they come up on here reasonably cheap kenny (hairydog ) just picked one up for £45
    good power and reliable
    kennys just needed a breech seal and a lube to get it going like new
