Cowboy action S.Wales

Posted this question in the fullbore/shotgun section as well,if a mod wants to delete one of the threads.
Would anyone be interested in joining/forming a cowboy action shooting club in S.Wales.
No details sorted as yet just trying to guage interest.

I'm not anyway near Wales, Peter: but good luck on your venture. My wife and I used to do Cowboy Action shooting: it's a lot of fun, and it's really amazing to see how fast some of the competitors can fire their SA revolvers.

Guess New Orleans is a bit far away to travel to a shoot.
You are right CAS is great fun been doing it for just over 2 years with the BWSS.
Involves a lot of travelling as most of their shoots tend to be way up north so a club down here where we could shoot on a regular basis would be great.

I am only interested in shooting the guns though, quickdraw and lassoing little dogies is more Garys style so Sammie tells me

Iam sorry dont know who or what you are talking about, maybe its a private joke, but if you are interested then dont be afraid of coming forward its not to far from Swindon to Wales just down the M4 and you only have to pay on the way in to our country we let you leave for nothing.

Theres due to be a BWSS run comp at Wrotham Kent in May, the guy who usually runs it has given up due to ill health but someone has stepped for him. Sorry I dont have the exact date as the BWSS site is down at the moment and iam not sure how often they shoot cowboy over there.

Hopefully me and missus will be going ,unfortunately the access is to tight for our motorhome so we'll have to see.

Cant believe only Greenshoots is interested.

There cant be a better reason to own 2 revolvers, a lever action rifle, pump, lever or sxs shotgun.
