nice one ,always good to hear another gun saved from the scrapheap, sometimes one gets more than expected ! .the reward of rebuilding a dead one makes the gun far more personel to you plus you gain a far better understanding of its nature.
Ive managed to rescue a milbro g23 from the bin it is quite badly rusted and theres no stock but i just couldnt let my mate bin it. anyway i have just discovered that its pretty much a webley ranger. the milbro fits in the webley stock perfectly!

I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING EXCEPT AN FWB,
I came by (gratis) a couple of guns with a gun dealers "scrap" label on them. They were a Milbro made Diana 22 and a Webley Jaguar which, as in the OP, are the same thing. Soon got the Diana working and last week, thanks to the generosity of Lakey, managed to fire up the Jaguar. The Diana is actually in quite smart condition for a 1963 kid's airgun and I will not remove the scrap label from either of them to show the extent of some gun dealer's stupidity/lack of knowledge.
