    hw45 yes or no?

    well i have found a hw45 .22 pistol for sale near me for £150. not sure if i should buy it. i do want one but as money is tight at the mo do i hold out for a crosman 400 hmm

    You can't fault the HW45

    After five years mine still performs brilliantly and is a joy to use.

    Hw45

    I've just bought one today it's 18 years old and in mint condition with the original box, pellets and booklet the only thing is I can't find any hull cartridge markings can anyone tell me anything about this thanks jim

    For that price it would need to be mint boxed and recent, you can even get them sometimes for around 130 in that condition off here.

    Other than that, they are nice guns and more than accurate enough, with not too much effort 1" at 10yds is no big deal.

    I would go for .22 you are not going to be using any pistol beyond 15yds so there is no practical difference in the trajectory.

    Just got mine this morning in .22. Get one it is great straight out of the box and the build quality is fantastic.

    unless you shoot pistol hft/ft

    .177 pellets are cheaper, and only .177 is allowed in most formal paper punching stuff.

    .177 or .22 .........- My .22 is for sale at the moment for £100

    BTW forgot to say - they are fantastic! I am selling mine purely because I was so impressed by it I intend to buy a new one.
