BSA Meteor MK2 .22 Little used, good original condition £60

.22 BSA Meteor. In good condition. Feels tight. No play/ wear whatsoever in barrel/ breech lock up. I havent felt one as tight as this before. Screw heads not burred up, this rifle clearly has not been apart much in its life. With most of its original paint on action, and topside of barrel. Some wear to paint on underside of barrel. Stock with original varnish, minor scratches, but good condition. I bought it along with a BSA Standard. It had reportedly been in a cabinet for the last 25 + years. Fitted a new piston washer as the original (leather) one was split. I have fired a few pellets through it, and it is now firing with a good level of power, and feels 'poky' With original rear and foresights. £60. Pick up in person IP28 8lr, or £10 normal parcelforce. Cheque/ paypal is fine/ cash etc http://s139.photobucket.com/albums/q...t/Meteor%20II/

Sorry for confusion on that. I was reading the Beeman Blue Book, that mentioned that some MK2s were smoothbore. I honestly wasn't sure, hence the question.

I will bow to your better knowledge on that, thanks for clearing it up.

Thanks, I really hope to give it a good home.

I am just waiting for the rain to stop to go out and have a go at some paper punching.
