    Question cr-x barrel removal

i am looking at having the barrel on my crx covered-coated and need advice,
how does it come off ?
will it mess up my accuracy-zero - stuff ?

    any advice gladly appreciated

The barrel is screw and glue in to the breach , there are a to 2 grub screw that line the barrel up
it is not a job to take on without experience

If you live anywhere near the factory, Stone Staffordshire ,they will remove it and refit for you ,at a small cost

Castleford platers have been highly recommended on here; try them. Louis Corney is a dab-hand at getting barrels off.......give him an e-mail. I'm sure he can give you some good advice.

If you take the barrel of a gun and re fit it you will have to RE zero it,as for settings? If you mean your clicks if you leave the scope on they will be the same once you RE zero the gun.Hope this helps
