    Indeed. However, and correcting my earlier post, by not declaring the item is owned by another party then the rules have been broken.

    I just had a re-read of the Stickies, it's worth a refresher every now and again.

    Have discussed it with the other mods, and the thread in question has been locked and we have spoken with the seller.

    Some of those who commented on the sales thread need to refresh themselves on the sales section rules as well.

    We'll leave it at that as we've no wish to hand out sales section holidays wholesale to all parties concerned. But let's not make a habit out of this gents, as the option is there should admin feel it is needed.
