    BSA Airsporter mk5 inconsistancy

    hi
I'm new, I've search and now I'll ask. (got to get my post count up from 1 some how )
I have a BSA airsporter which im struggling to get consistant on the target. I'm not looking for half inch grouping with it or anything but would like to get her inside one inch.

what's the best way to clean one of these? obviously pull thoughs are out, what about firing ciggy filters though it?

currently putting harriers though her, any other suggestions?

any other tips on how to get this old (ish) girl back to her best?

superdomes are a much better fit than harriers.

guess a ram rod is as good a method as any. only problem i have now is getting a .177 rod as right now i only have a .22 cleaning kit.

found out the tap was loose earlier whilst giving it a good dose of looking at, could this cause a bit of deviation?
