    HSE Red Tape Challenge

    http://www.hse.gov.uk/news/red-tape-challenge/
Just been emailed the above link from my club chairman, pass it on. His thoughts were -

Ask yourself why you can hold 10 Kg of Black powder but only 5 Kg of Nitro powder, why not a mix of either type up to a combined limit of 15 Kg

Why do you need an RCA document as well as an explosives licence,

why do you need a separate explosives licence when you have a firearms licence the police issue both?

Pass it on & respond please !

Because it's nothiing to do with H&S and everything to do with the government (small 'g'), and the police wanting to kill off shooting by means of the death of a thousand cuts, i.e. making it more and more difficult to indulge in the sport by various convoluted regulations.
