I have thoroughly enjoyed the past three days. Great company and lots of laughs. I seem to have gotten over my reluctance to aim out of the kill in the wind but with that wind, you didn't have any choice.

Thank you Air Arms and MFC Supplies for their generosity and Brian for The Board Of Boom.

Special thanks to Claire of Air Arms for putting up with us rough Hobbit's. I think you should be made an honorary Hobbit.

    Air Arms Challenge

I will add my thanks to the Buxted guys for setting up an excellent course - a lot of work went into setting a course like that from scratch!

Lets do it all again tomorrow!

Thanks for posting the results, Phil. It's always good to have a gander at the wailing wall.

I booked a week off work just to ensure I had the three days off for course setting and the shoot. Bizarrely, it's the first week off work that I've had in years that felt like a holiday. I'll be happy to book another holiday at the Costa Del Air Arms Sussex Challenge next year.

Oh, and if you see Claire tell her that Colin remembers her and said "Oh, she's lovely".

Thanks for getting the scores Phil, It makes an interesting end to an interesting day.

You can put my name down for next year if its going to go ahead.

(P.S Air Arms Pins/Badges would be appreciated as some of us shot an Air Arms gun at an Air Arms sponsored event!)

    Thanks to all involved
    Chris

I will do Ben, there is talk about holding it on a Sunday next year but all depends on our regular shooting calendar. I think if it fell between a SIHFT it would make a great day for all Sussex Shooters and interclub’s which it is was organized for. Hopefully ford will be able to join us next year to show us how it's done, especially if it’s as windy next year......
