Hi Guys,
I now have a Crosman Medallist II, it does not have any grips and doesn't work?
Are there any breakdown instructions out there? I have managed to strip it down from the back end but do not know hoe to strip out the front end (Pump and Valve sys)
srip down and exploded plan will be very helpful, plus any help as to where I can get all the spares I might need.
Ken
Here's another exploded diagram (from a supplier of custom parts):

and here's a photograph of a disassembled pistol:

The Crosman forum is a good source of information.
Chambers will likely have the standard parts and there are also many sources for custom parts (grips, valves, etc), e.g. http://www.sdcustomdesign.com/parts.htm, http://www.crookedbarn.com/
Bits and pieces also turn up in the sales section from time to time.

Thanks guys,
I guess I have to remove the front roll pin and dissassemble from the front, I don't know how the 1300 medallist differed from the Medallist II which is my version, havn't seen any grips to fit this gun yet! may have to carve my own, can't wait for those long winter nights?

1300 MkII is an easy pistol to work on and strip down. A full seal set is available on E-Bay usually, and while you're at it get a tube of Crosman "Pellgunoil" from one of the many vendors selling it on there. Aparently it's one of the few lubricants that won't rot the seals.
I've had a 1300 MkII since I was 11 and recently re-sealed it and re-finished it. Even more recently I picked up a very nice one at auction for a reasonable price.
The pistol has to be stripped from both ends as there's a bit in the middle of the bottom tube that's a reduced diameter. Remove the rearsight before you attempt to remove the large vertical screw at the back of the pistol grip frame.
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.
Thanks Guys,
I managed to strip it down but then decided to give it to TR Robbs to rebuild, this way I will have a gun that works, Made a set of grips for it out of mahogany as it was all the wood I had.
