Relum Jelly for a mild refurb..

    Hi all

I called at my good friend John's (Blackrider) house today as he had go a little prezzie for me to play with!!

    Some pics..

A quick wipe down with oil and very fine wire wool on the metalwork and a good polishing for the stock

Apparently the power is well down so a couple of new seals and a spring, as these are twin spring setups, I may make a spring guide and fit an airsporter mainspring!!

I've all week to play with it (as well as going fishing!!) so time will tell if it gets back up to power!!!

    Cheers, John

Hi John, neat little rifle; I recently sold an early Relum 322 u/lever I tidied up with a Meteor ( I think...) spring and guide. The original twin springs were badly twisted and the mod worked fine giving a smooth 6.5 ft lb plinking gun. It had exactly the same style stock as your Jelly.
