    best pellets to use in mk1 rapid

    ft trophys good but a few fliers. premiers not to good either thats "£25 already "any advice"

    I've only ever used F&T Trophys in mine, but if there's a better option I'll welcome the advice.

    sorry to hear that mate,,,,mine loves prems and accupel....even jsb exacts with no zero change,,,,,,even got some f t trophies off my mate and it like them as well.......must have the only rapid that loves any lead,,,,

    you dont say which calibre it is,ive found A/A hunter best for .22,and A/A field 4.52 best for .177,though my .177 seams to like any thing you shove down the spout.

    I agree with the consensus here. AA Field which are the same as Webley Lazapells which are the same as Daystate's etc (well I can't tell the difference and guess what they weigh the same too!).

    I know a guy who shoots these in his .22 FAC Rapid to great effect.

    Give Lazerdomes a try as well. The last batch of .22 Hnft down the club were all over the place with a variety of previously suited rifles.

    aa hunters go well through my .22 too, accupells are ok and 20fps faster

    They go well whatever the power of my Rapid 7 (FAC).

    mine HATES prems, at least it did till i removed over 100 from a new box of die 2's. they had some funny worm of lead thingy on the nose.
    thats £2.46 chucked out straight away.
    quite likes AA field but FT trophies best.

    incidently do many of you use beasty magnums in your FAC rapids?

    tried jsb,aa 5.52,aa 5.51 ,accuppels,logun penetraters,ft trophys ,premiers,
    magnums,4 different scopes guns been back twice already.best groups at 30 yds benching 2 inch (im getting a refund)
