Well done to all the Oakies that set out before I even got there....!

You either got that nasty blowy stuff right or you suffered..

Great day, I am sitting on the river bank fishing for carp or tench at the moment....what a great day!

    Oaks Open

Always good to get out with the boys, loads of wet wind and the weather was pretty rough as well.
Just done a few sums and I do'nt think I can win it this year, so I'm just gonna relax and enjoy myself ( as usual) take care all.

Bob ......are you trying to follow me.....

Well done Nige, shot like a true Hobbit... (only joking!)

Really enjoyed today great company and apart from 10 mins, lovely weather!!

Lets hope Andy and crew have kept their Sh!t together in the States! (goodluck)

See y'all at swallows next week, unfortunately we are quite a few players short, so things may not go according to plan but there again any decent club would drop a few of their players to even the field.......

    Have a great week,
    Spongey!

I shot like an anchor not like a Hobbit, would have taken you if I had shot like a Hobbit.
    Saving myself for the SIHFT.

    Did the Tench evade you?

Good shoot who said shoot the field first to miss the rain, sounded likr a typical Oakie plan. I was still wet when I got home

    See you all at swallows.
