Sunday the 21st august will be our second from last open comp for this season, all the usual food and refreshments will be available FREE to all members and guests, except 50p for cans of drink.
We will have a 30 target course set up around our wood, also our well stocked plinking range for a leisurely practise and there's also our zero range for last minute checks.
Safety brief will be at 10-15am
comp starts straight away.
Other changes to THW calendar are:-
4th September will now be our LAST OPEN COMP of this season,
18th September will be THW END OF SEASON PRESENTATION AND FUN SHOOT!
(more details nearer the time)
The springer and pistol comps are now finished for this season.
Our new season of comps will be starting on the 2nd of october which will be the first open comp!
Please note:- our open comps will now be the first shoot of each month and the springer and pistol comps will now be at the end of each month.

On the lunch menu this week, will be:-
Chicken curry with jacket spud or in a wrap,
Jacket spud with baked beans and cheese,
jacket spud and cheese.
choccy and plain cake,
sausage rolls and dip
crisps
biscuits to have with your coffee.

Might be a paper bag over the head job though. Varicose veins on the stomach are a bit off putting but hey, beggars can't be choosers. They might help one to find one's way if one should get lost!!
