Airsporter butt pad

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rubber butt pad ona mk6 Airsporter without ruining it please?

Hi mate, it is glued on but is also located on two metal studs. Work your way round
butt pad pushing with your thumb and it might have a loose bit, then with a razor blade
you can work tight to the wood and carefully cut the glue bond.
