Adjusting a Rohm Sport

I am thinking of splashing out on a Rohm Sport. I would like the power up around 4.5 - 5 fpe. Is is possible to set up to this level without major mods?

I am not asking how to do it, so don't jump down my throat, I simply want to know if it is acheivable without too much fuss.
