    airguns/pistols

    i was recently given 2 air rifles and 2 air pistols from an old friend who does,nt use them anymore and i was wondering what they are worth.

    1...relum tornado (serial no 47065) with nikko stirling tiara 4x28 in good condition
    2...bsa mercury with no rear sight cant find serial number
    3...webley & scott air pistol mark 1 (serial no 64487)
    4...accles & shelvoke ltd acvoke (pistol)cant find serial number.

    where do i find serial numbers for bsa and acvoke.....

    Try moving your post to the collectors section...

    ..value will depend on the condition but I suspect the pistols, particularly number 4 will generate the most interest. I hope if you intend selling them you will give the money raised to your pal

    Thanks for the reply mate,he does,nt want nothing for them but he will be treated as he knows they will be sold hopefully....can i copy this onto the collectors section or just re-write it there?

    Moved to Collectors section.

    May I suggest trying to get some decent quality pictures of the guns, as you will be asked for them, and its important if trying to give an accurate valuation.

    Sooooo depends on condition but 3 and 4 you could be looking at £100 to 150 each, more on a good day.

    Acvoke serial number should be stamped on the right-hand-side of the backstrap lever, you will have to pull the lever out to see it.
