    The Anglo...

    Hiya guys...

    I am going to anglo in april.. and I am just wondering what it actully intails?

    I mean.. I went the the quarry meet at x-mas, and we all went out to a meal.. well most of us did.. Gary C missed out

    So what will actully be happening.. and what makes it differnent to other hFT events?

    Also can someone surply me so directions? coming from Hereford (HR4 0JL)

    Mart you don't want to know or you wont go
    All I will say is, start practicing shooting targets will small kill zones (say 8mm)
    and one's high up trees
    Mr Baines has a real nasty streak in him when he sets up a course

    Directions
    Junction 38 on the M1 take the Huddersfield turnoff, as soon as you leave the roundabout, turn left into Jebb Lane ,500yds turn right into the wood

    That's right - he's had all the nasty bones removed and replaced with an alloy endo-skelton. Electronics designed and programmed by David Snook.

    I believe there was a slight bug in the positioning software in early models that had a tendancy to cause Mr Baines (Mk3) to go off course and wander into large bodies of water at game fairs.

    The Anglo is two courses. One for each day. The British course will be familiar to all FT'ers and to HFT'ers bar the extra distance (55 yds). The American course will use a lot of very small killzones at shorter ranges. It's a unique event on the calender and frankly one of my favourites. A bit more info here
