    The Anglo is two courses. One for each day. The British course will be familiar to all FT'ers and to HFT'ers bar the extra distance (55 yds). The American course will use a lot of very small killzones at shorter ranges. It's a unique event on the calender and frankly one of my favourites. A bit more info here

    Is it just the FT course with 7mm kills or HFT as well?

    It's two courses - one set out to American rules (with the 7mm kills), the other to BFTA rules. You choose whether you're going to shoot FT or HFT before the event - then stick with it. But whichever style you shoot, you have to face the 7mm kills eventually .

    The BFTA coarse and all 40 mm kills the American coarse 10mm to 40mm kills,
    which ever discipline you shoot ,HFT or FT you will shoot each coarse ones
