I too am a fan of Webley Service Mk.II air rifles, of which I have one or two, , and also the Mk.I air rifle, of which I have a couple, but I'm also partial to any early Webley air rifle or air pistol plus associated literature and pellets.
Secondary to my 'Webleyitis', I am partial to BSA 'E' series 'Clubs' and Mk.I & II Airsporters, of which I also have one or two, along with associated literature and pellets.
I too like the BSA Scorpion air pistol, and variants.

1980's hunting rifles especially springers. In truth the ones I couldn't have when I first started out. Fairly disappointed with the accuracy of many without tuning. However, get a good one and they are a joy.
Having rationalized my collection (30 plus down to less than 12) to mint and/or good ones, and one from each make it really takes something exceptional to make me buy.
Still have a few to get though

I'm concentrated on finding suitable optics which is hard work to find in great condition. Some are a lot better than others and many have changed their glass, usually for the worse, over the years. Too many scopes for the amount of rifles I have.

I'm a sucker for scopes: early Optima's, a few early Tasco's, Bausch & Lomb, and the odd exceptional Webley! Its all in the glass (colour) For period scopes they take some finding and for that reason are very much overlooked by rifle collectors. This is a mistake because in my opinion 80's onwards hunting rifles are undressed without them. That goes for period accessories like Whisper silencers, lamps, mounts and pellet tins. Have your mint rifle examples but have the mint accessories too.

Used to be the noble BSA Airsporter but things have moved on a bit.

Nowadays I'm drawn to Weihrauch HW 80's and all the many customs and variations.

To me its the PanzerFlakKannon of the Air Gun world !

Airsporters for me although I have only got 2 at the moment, my Dads Mk1 and a Mk3(I think) oddball square fronted job. I also have a few mercury's and a Meteor handed down from the father in law.
Wish that I had never sold my Airsporter S a few years ago but i needed the money to buy the daughter an Titan MPT.
Wished I had never sold the MPT now as well.
Oh I have a bit of a collection of Air arms 400 series guns including 3 GML's one of which is a 410,and an MPR FT CS800, and the best looking Prosport special ever which has taken a long time to warm to despite its gorgeous looks.

I'll just go up stairs and give the Airsporter S a stroke. Minty; mint, mint, mint.
